We often hear comments at Breakthrough such as “this sounds amazing how can I tell my father, husband, brother, friend, nephew,… about your program?” The best way to introduce someone to Breakthrough is by sharing our introductory session information here. Breakthrough introductory sessions in free weekly support groups are designed for men interested in or already participating in our program.

We are happy to provide you all the information you would need or would like to know about our programs.

If you are an organization, local group or community, we would be happy to come and make a presentation to you sharing what the Breakthrough workshop is all about and how we can support the men in your community or organization. We can visit you in person if you're local to the Monterey area or by zoom wherever you happen to be in the world.
